How to Get Started?
We have a process that makes owning a home possible for just about anyone!
Step 1 - Fill Out Our Quick Form
We believe that if you have saved up either $10,000 OR between 10% and 21% down and have income, that you deserve a home. If you meet that simple requirement then all you have to do is fill out our quick and simple form. It only takes a few minutes, and the more details we have the quicker we can find you a new home.
Step 2 - Set An Appointment to See Your House
You've found the home you like. You've got the money. Now you just need to take a tour of the home to make sure it's the right fit for you and your family. Expect to pay absolutely NOTHING throughout this process. Once you've toured the home and would like to move forward we send you the purchase agreements and open up escrow with a local title company.
Step 3 - Close On Your House
Once you have signed the agreements and sent the money to the title company you are ready to close on your new home. As long as you can get all your documentation and money to the title company and underwriter, expect to be able to close in as little as 7-10 days.
